職責描述:

1.Takeresponsibilityfortheimplementationofandcompliancewithpoliciesandproceduresrelatingtosafeguarding,health,safety,security,confidentialityanddataprotection,reportingallconcernstoanappropriateperson.

2.ToplanandteachmandarinassetoutinthemandarinprogramwithafocusinChineseasnativelanguage.ProvideTermlyorHalf?TermlyandWeekly/Dailyplanningoflessonstomeettheneedsofthechildren.

3.Monitorbehaviour,relationshipsandsocialdevelopmentofthechildrenintheclass.

4.Maintainregularcommunicationwiththeparents.

5.Becomeinformedaboutandencourageallaspectsofeachchild’sschoollife:moral,spiritual,physical,academic,artistic,musical,sportingandleisurepursuit.

6.Maintainatidy,safeandstimulatingclassroomenvironmentwithchangingdisplaysofchildren’swork,whereresourcescanbeaccessedappropriatelybyallchildren.

7.Planappropriatelytomeettheneedsofallchildren,demonstratingathoroughknowledgeoftheEYFSrequirements.

8.Keepappropriateandefficientrecords,integratingformativeandsummativeassessmentintoweeklyandtermlyplanning.

9.Completinghalftermlytrackingassessmentsandteacherassessmentsinlinewithprocedures.

10.Establishprofessionalandeffectivecommunicationwithparents,reportingtothemformallyandinformallyonthedevelopment,progressandattainmentofchildren.

11.Dischargetherequiredadministrativeandsupervisorydutiesefficiently,upholdingthepolicyoftheschoolaslaiddownintheStaffHandbookandTeachingStandards.

12.Maintainanorderlyandproductivelearningenvironmentbyemployinggoodclassroomtechniques,resourcesandmanagementskillsinlinewithPre-Prepprocedures.

13.Maintaingoodorderanddisciplineamongstchildren,inaccordancewiththePre-Prepbehaviourprocedures.

14.CommunicatewiththeSENDCooveranychildrenwithspecificlearningneeds.

15.TofollowtherequirementsoftheEqualityofOpportunityPolicyofJuniorKing’stoensureanenvironmentthatisfreefromprejudiceandanti-discriminatoryinallaspects.

任職要求:

1、BachelordegreeoraboveinEarlyChildhoodEducationrelatedmajors;

2、3+yearsofexperienceinearlychildhoodeducation,preferablyatinternationalschool;

3、Kindergartenteacherqualificationcertificateholder;

4、FluentinbothMandarinandEnglish.

工作職責:

1.根據繪本主題進行創意課程教研及教學;計劃及目標進行繪本創意課程教研及教學;

2.完成課程總監及運營制定的教學計劃及目標;

3.積極與家長、孩子互動,承擔起親子閱讀顧問的責任;

4.參與“公益書兜計劃”等各項閱讀推廣活動的策劃、推廣及執行;

工作要求:

1.熱愛閱讀,熱愛教育事業,熟悉繪本等兒童讀物;

2.本科以上學歷,幼教、師范或相關專業畢業,有教學或與孩子相處經驗為佳;

3.對待孩子和家長細心、耐心、有愛心,對待工作有責任心;

篇3:對外中文老師崗位職責任職要求

對外中文老師崗位職責

1對1教英國人學中文,每周工作2-3天,每天2小時。

(從9月初開始)

任職資格:

1本科及以上學歷,英語6級以上,應屆畢業生也可;

2具有很強的中文表達能力,普通話標準,口齒伶俐;

3具有較強的親和力,講課生動活潑,知識面寬廣;

4工作積極主動,責任心強。
