?Performawiderangeofinspectionfunctionsinaccordancewithapprovedproceduresand/orinstructions(ITisestimatedthatatleast50%ofthispositionwillbehandsoninspection).Thesefunctionsincludebutmaynotbelimitedto:

oReceiptInspectiontoincludestagingofpartsandmaterials,InProcessInspections,Firstpiece,FinalInspection,AssemblyInspection

oInspectionReportinginIFS

?FacilitateMRBprocessassuringproperdecisionsaremaderegardingproduct/materialfitnessforusewithEngineeringandcoordinateassociatedactionclosure.

?Facilitatetheapplicationlogicalofrootcauseanalysisandtheidentificationofeffectivecorrectiveandpreventiveactions.

?Thispersonleadscustomercomplaintinvestigationsandassessesresultsofcorrectiveactionsforclosure,effectiveness,validityandconformancetocompany,ISOQualitySystemandcustomerrequirementsfortheChinafacility.

?Coordinateandparticipateinperformanceofinternal/externalauditsandprocesssurveillanceactivities

?ParticipateintheperformanceofISOqualitymanagementsystemregistrationactivities.

?EnsureproperISOdocumentationispresentandadheredtoatBelvacChina.

?Performnecessaryinprocessinspectionsduringassemblyactivitiesandconfirmproductacceptancebeforeshipmenttothecustomer.

?Assistwiththeplanningofoutsourcingprojectstomatchsupplierresourcesaccordingtoprojectrequirements.

?Develop,evaluateandimprovedesign,manufacturing,andinspectionmethods.

?ProvideweeklywrittenreportstotheDirectorofCorporateQualityAssuranceregardingactivities.

?CMMprogramadjustments.

?Ensureallproductiongagesarecalibrated.

?AssistasrequestedinSupplierQualityEngineeringfunctions.

?Otherdutiesasassigned.

Education:

?BachelorofScienceDegreeinatechnicalfieldofstudypreferablyengineering.

?Goodworkingknowledgeofmanufacturingandmetalworkingequipment.

?ProficientknowledgeofGD&Tasappliedtotechnicaldrawings.

?ProficientintheuseofcomputersincludingallMSproducts

?ClearunderstandingofISO9001.

Experience:

?Sixyearsoftechnicalmanufacturingand/orinspectioninaqualityorientedISO9000environmentrequired.

?Fouryearsofdirectexposuretomachining(CNCandmanual)processes,fabrication,andwelding.

?Extensivebackgroundinvolvingthegenerationoftechnicalreports,andadvancedproblemsolving

篇2:質檢部物理檢測員崗位責任制

1、按照國家規定的方法,完成對熟料、出磨水泥、出廠水泥和省市檢驗站對比樣的全部物理檢驗工作,各留樣按類分清,出廠水泥封存樣品必須保存三個月。

2、要搞好試驗條件標準化,保證儀器、設備的技術要求符合國家標準規定。

3、嚴格執行操作規程,定期與地方中心檢驗站對比,發現問題及時解決,以提高試驗準確性,加強業務學習,提高操作水平,原始記錄要如實填寫清楚,不得任意涂改,妥善保存。

4、必須熟悉本崗位所有儀器、設備的性能、操作及維護管理,做好使用設備的安全保護工作,使用前必須空車試運轉,正常后方可使用。

5、保持試驗室和操作臺清潔,儀器用具存放整齊并擦拭干凈。

6、按時完成本部門布置的臨時任務。
