1.Developandimproveevent-relatedconcepts

a)Adviseindevelopingtradeshowimplementationplans,conceptsandstrategies,providedevelopmentandinnovationsuggestionsandreporttothedirector;

b)Maintainclosecommunicationwithpartnersandindustryassociations;

c)Responsibleforcollectingexhibition-relatedindustrialtrendsandprovidesuggestionsonsubsequentopportunitiesandchallengesforthedirector’sreference;

d)Contributewithsuccessfulimplementationofpromotionandsalesplansunderthedirector’sguidance;maintaintrackofandprovideservicetokeycustomers;

2.Strongsalesdrive,pushsalesforexistingandnewfieldsoftheprojectandleadingtheprojecttomeetthesalestargets

3.ProposevisitorspromotionplananddesigneffectivevisitororganizationschemeinclosecooperationwithMarComManager;

4.Cooperationwithotherdepartments

a)Verifyingcoordinationofmeasuresincooperationwithinternalandexternalbodiestoincreaseprojectsuccess

b)CoordinatewiththeTechnicalServicesDepartmentonfieldservicestomeetthedemandsofshoworganizersandexhibitors;

c)MaintainclosecontactandresolveissuestogetherwiththeMarComdepartmenttoensurethepromotionandsalesgoalssetbythedirector

Skills/Qualifications:

1.Bachelordegreeorabove

2.5-6yearsworkingexperienceorabove

3.Comprehensiveknowledgeofrelatedexhibitionoreventexperience

4.Experiencein(food)processingandpackagingwilldefinitelybeaplus

5.Strongsalesandcommunicationskills,responsibleteamplayerwithpassionanddrive

篇2:分管辦公室史創部展覽館協會科副主任安全生產責任制

1、協助主任和其他分管領導做好文體中心的安全生產工作,分管安全管理機構的日常工作。

2、參與制定安全規章制度,督察安全制度的落實和執行情況,每月定期深入辦公室、史創部、展覽館、協會科等分管部門進行調查研究,現場解決涉及安全方面的問題。

3、認真傾聽基層對安全工作的意見和建議,及時在主任辦公會上提出,并積極探討解決途徑;參加集團公司安全工作會議并及時傳達。

4、配合主任組織制定并實施本單位的安全消防事故應急救援預案。

5、對事故作到不隱瞞、不謊報、不包庇,并實行嚴格的獎懲制度,選樹和推舉安全工作先進工作者和先進團體。定期召開安全工作總結會,并形成長效機制。

6、在分管辦公室工作中,有指導與協調文體中心內部安全工作的職責;經常詢問展覽場館的治安消防工作,保證參觀人員的安全和自身安全;搞好協會安全工作,為會員提供必備的安全設施并有教育協會會員遵守安全有關規定的義務。同時注意大型活動中安全消防工作的配合到位。
