研發樓暖通技工崗位職責

1、協助經理開展工作,貫徹執行經理下達的各項指示。

2、負責空調系統、給排水系統的運行、維保管理工作,保證空調系統正常運行,保證各類末端空調設備的完好,無超標噪音和嚴重的滴漏現象,各類管道、法門無嚴重的跑、冒、滴、漏現象及事故隱患,保證給排水管道通暢,

3、負責按規定做好空調、給排水系統的維護保養及制定設備的大、中、小修計劃。

4、根據運行實際情況,提出設備運行節能措施,并保證實施,使系統能運行在最優狀態。

5、完成上級交辦的工作任務。
