研發(fā)樓暖通技工崗位職責(zé)

1、協(xié)助經(jīng)理開(kāi)展工作,貫徹執(zhí)行經(jīng)理下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)指示。

2、負(fù)責(zé)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行、維保管理工作,保證空調(diào)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行,保證各類(lèi)末端空調(diào)設(shè)備的完好,無(wú)超標(biāo)噪音和嚴(yán)重的滴漏現(xiàn)象,各類(lèi)管道、法門(mén)無(wú)嚴(yán)重的跑、冒、滴、漏現(xiàn)象及事故隱患,保證給排水管道通暢,

3、負(fù)責(zé)按規(guī)定做好空調(diào)、給排水系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及制定設(shè)備的大、中、小修計(jì)劃。

4、根據(jù)運(yùn)行實(shí)際情況,提出設(shè)備運(yùn)行節(jié)能措施,并保證實(shí)施,使系統(tǒng)能運(yùn)行在最優(yōu)狀態(tài)。

5、完成上級(jí)交辦的工作任務(wù)。
