1.Facilitateclientrequirementsgatheringsessionswithexternalandinternalstakeholders;documentingthoserequirementsintousecases,activitydiagramsandfunctionalspecifications;

2.WorkwithProjectManagersandclientsonnew/existingimplementationstoensuretimelyandeffectivedeliveryofrequirementsdocumentationinlinewithagreeduponprojecthours;

3.Leadeffortstoevaluate,select,recommendandimplementappropriatesoftware&systemsolutionsthatsupportandenablethedeliveryofeCommerceapplications;

4.ProvidethoughtleadershipineCommercebestpractices,theselectionandrecommendationofeCommerceapplicationsandtheirancillarysystems;

5.Identifyandpresentprocessimprovementsforrequirementsgatheringanddocumentationofthoserequirements;

6.UpdatebasefunctionalitytemplatesthatreflectcurrentversioncapabilitiesofMagento,DemandwareandHybrisplatforms;

7.PossessathoroughunderstandingofMagento,Demandwareandhybrisadministrativefunctionality;

8.Maintainsawarenessofnewandemergingtechnologiesandthepotentialapplicationonclientengagements;

9.Tracksandreportshoursandexpensesonaweeklybasis;

10.Performsotherdutiesasrequiredorassignedwhicharereasonablywithinthescopeofthedutiesenumeratedabove.

KeyAccountabilities

1.Answerallclienttrainingrequests(phonecalls,emailsandothercommuniqués)inatimelyfashion,butinnoeventmorethan24hoursfromthereceiptofacommunication;
