DeputyQAManager質量保證副經理Responsibilities:

?Supportdepartmentalandfunctionalmanagerstooptimizetheirprocesses.

?ManageandimprovekeymetricsincludingCOQ,CoPQ,thatincludeintheirsubsets:Customercomplaints,Rework&Scrapcosts[BothExternal&Internal].

?ImplementandsustainasystemofSMARTproductqualitychecklistsforNPI’sandevolveexistingqualityValueAddbyremovingandreviewingcriteriaforIQC,IPQC&FQC.

?ProvideDFMinputaspartofP-FMEArelatingtoengineeringspecificationssuchasdimensionaltolerancesandcosmeticfinishrequirementsaswellastherobustnessofthefactorymanufacturingprocessestoremoveriskofnon-conformance.

?ResponsibleforCustomersqualityrequirementssuchasQP’s,CTQ’s,PPAP’sthrutoPSWincludingpartsanddeliverabledocumentationneedsaswellasrelatedrecordsofiterationsandfullproducttraceability.

?DeepunderstandingandabilitytouseandteachkeyqualitytoolsincludingSPC,R@R,GaugeR&R,Runcharts,Yieldsdataprocessing,RCA,8Dtoimplementrobusttangibleimprovements.

?SupportSQEbyidentifyingpartforthemtomonitorandkey‘AtRisk’toqualitycriteria.

Requirements:

崗位職責:

1.負責監(jiān)督、管理網絡營運方面的運營工作,抓好全局工作的計劃性和協(xié)調性,定期召開例會,總結前期與布置后期工作;

2.負責微信公眾號、網站、APP等網絡平臺的搭建、后期維護等運營管理,策劃推進及組織協(xié)調公司網絡運營計劃,進行市場跟蹤和策略調整,不斷提高公司平臺知名度和用戶粘性;

3.負責管理公司內部管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和后期的維護管理;

4.負責制定網絡營運部的制度、工作流程等規(guī)范性文件;

5.根據(jù)公司的發(fā)展及網絡運營過程中出現(xiàn)的新情況,對現(xiàn)行營運流程、制度作出適應市場的調整;

6.指導、監(jiān)督各項目工作執(zhí)行情況,保證網絡營運的正常運行;

7.根據(jù)不同的項目有效的控制成本產生與費用支出,做好月度費用總結及費用預算;

8.協(xié)調本部門與其它職能部門關系。

崗位要求:

1.本科以上學歷,有5年以上的相關團隊管理、互聯(lián)網產品運營管理經驗,熟悉互聯(lián)網運營相關技術者優(yōu)先考慮;

2.精通項目管理,有獨立實施項目管理操作的成功經驗;

3.熟悉互聯(lián)網行業(yè)動態(tài)及運營發(fā)展趨勢;

4.優(yōu)秀的統(tǒng)籌、分析、綜合、歸納能力;
