篇2:鋰電池研發師崗位職責

崗位職責:

1.負責鋰電池電芯新產品的量產研發技術導入,設計、制定相關的制造工藝標準、作業指導書;

2.負責鋰電池電芯工藝優化、技術改進和設備選型及開發,以提高生產效率、產品合格率和材料利用率;

3.參與制造過程因素對電芯產品各方面性能的影響研究,并進一步優化制造工藝,提升電池性能;

4.負責跟進、解決鋰電池量產過程中出現的異常問題,并對問題點進行分析和改善;

5.負責各車間工序工藝的科學整合和技術改造,對產線的生產設備和檢測設備等進行技術確認;

6、領導交付的其他工作。

任職要求:

1、本科及以上學歷,化學,物理,電化學、材料科學與工程專業;

2、從事鋰電池電芯設計與生產相關工作兩年以上;

3、有國內大型鋰電池企業研發生產經驗或承擔國家項目經驗的優先;

4、對鋰電池電芯新工藝的研究開發有激情。

2.熟悉鋰電池的電極材料體系、理解材料物性與電池性能之間的關系;掌握材料物性測試與分析技術,電化學性能評測技術。

3.具有良好的溝通協作能力、主動學習能力及團隊合作意識。

4.有較強的文字處理能力,具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力,能及時用中英文完成業務總結和報告。
