-Developandimplementeffectiverecruitmentstrategiestoattract,screen,andrecruithighlyqualifiedcandidatesforpositionswithinColliersPjM;

-Exploretheemploymentsourcingmethodandexpandtheemploymentsourcingchannelfortherecruitment;Leadthemanagementofsearchfirms,jobboardsandotherrecruitingrelatedvendors,conductingvendorselectionprocessandnegotiatingcontractsonaregularbasis;

-Buildtherecruitmentpipelinedatabaseandtrackingsystemongoingsoastohelpimprovetherecruitmentefficiency;

-Conductthecandidatesscreeningandinterviewtoassessthecandidates'qualificationsforpositionswithinColliersPjM;Conductandmanagetheinterviewprocess,moderaterelatedinterviewresourcesissue;Conductinterviewfeedback,talkaboutoffer,andarrangetheonboardissues;

-Establishandmaintainrelationshipswithmanagementandinternallinemanagerswhorequireshiringneeds;Workcloselywithhiringmanagerstoclarifyrecruitingrequisitionsandensurethattherecruitmentprocessesareconductedefficientlytomeetrequirement;

-CompletethereviewofJDonannualbasisandensureallJDsinplaceandupdatedintime;

-Enhancefavourableemployeerelationsbymaintainingaconstanttouchwithemployees;Regularlycommunicatewithstafftounderstandtheirconcernsandissuesandreporttomanagementandoffersuggestionsforimprovement;

-Keepabreastofmarkettrendbyactivelyfollowingupwithmarketsituationandprovideadvicetomanagementintermsofcandidatesmarketandmarketrateofcompensation;

-Initiativeorengageinanyassignedprojectsorresponsibilities.

Qualification

-BachelorormasterdegreeinmanagementorHRfield;

-Atleast5yearsHRexperience,especiallyinrecruitmentexperiencerequired;

-KnowledgeofmainHRfunctionswithfocusonrecruitment;

-GoodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillinEnglishandChinese;

-Wellorganizedanddetailoriented;

-Fairbusinessacumen;

-AbilitytounderstandColliersPjMprojectmanagementprocess;

-Understandthehiringprocessandtechnology;

-Understandthechannelstosourcethecandidates;

-Understandtheassessmentprinciple;

-InterpersonalskilltodealwithdifferentlevelofstaffwithinColliersPjMandtohandlesensitiveandconfidentialsituations.

篇2:單店經理助理崗位職責

1.熟悉凱特通訊公司的整體概況,熟悉本店經營模式及各崗位人員工作的操作流程。

2.接受本店經理的授權,并在經理的授權范圍內展開工作。

3.協助、配合本店經理處理該店涉外關系、市場調查、店面形象、員工行為規范的執行、人員招聘以及日常培訓工作。

4.統計該店各項綜合數據,參與數據綜合分析,為本店經理出謀劃策,規范本店的經營管理。

5.適時了解并掌握本店各方面的情況,以便于區域經理對該店情況的掌握,并予以及時的溝通與支持。

6.關注辦公室對總公司通知收發的及時性、準確性,安排學習,并與總公司建立良好的溝通。

7.關注員工的思想動態,統一員工思想,協助經理做好團隊建設,傳承公司文化,樹立公司形象。

篇3:總經理助理崗位職責(水務)

1.在公司總經理領導下,對總經理負責,協助總經理抓好全面工作,當好總經理參謀和助手。

2.負責公司黨建工作,開展企業文化建設和實施凝聚力工程,促進兩個文明健康協調發展。

3.負責公司廉政建設工作,加強員工的思想教育,抓^^司文明創建工作和員工隊伍建設。

4.經總經理授權,負責工程招投標管理工作。

5.負責公司文明衛生、優質服務和計劃生育等管理工作。

6.分管公司辦公室、總師辦、工程管理部、營業所、事業發展部等部門工作。
